What we collect
Atrant collects the minimum data required to provide the service: your account information (name, email, organisation), the documents and content you connect as sources (Notion pages, uploaded files), and usage telemetry (queries asked, briefings generated, audit events) used to operate and improve the product.
How we use it
Source documents and the knowledge extracted from them are used exclusively to answer your questions and generate briefings for your workspace. They are never used to train or fine-tune any machine learning model, and are never shared with other customers.
Data isolation
Each organisation's data is isolated at the database level using row-level security. Your workspace data cannot be accessed by other Atrant customers.
Third-party services
Atrant uses large language model providers (currently Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to process queries. Only the specific text chunks relevant to your query are sent to these providers — your full document corpus is not streamed to them continuously. Authentication is handled by Clerk.
Data deletion
You may request deletion of your workspace data at any time by emailing hello@atrant.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
